Wan Chi Hsiao, Trainee Counsellor
Navigating life's challenges can feel like sailing through unpredictable seas, where uncertainty can leave us feeling powerless and confused. I get how it can feel like everything's against you, and it gets even tougher when you're hard on yourself. In our sessions, I strive to create a safe harbor—a warm and supportive space for you to freely explore your thoughts and feelings, even when you’re grappling with feelings of helplessness or distress.
Together, we'll explore the story shaping your identity and aspirations whilst using techniques to reshape unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, we'll build resilience and self-compassion. I understand that starting this journey can be daunting yet intriguing; my role is to gently guide you forward, empowering you to embrace your authentic self along the way.
Whenever you're ready, I'm here to walk this journey with you, no matter where it leads us.
