Board of Counsellors Malaysia (K.B.,P.A)
Growing up with my fair share of experiences, I thought I knew myself inside out. Unbeknownst to me, the pivotal point happened when I had to confront my inner dragons. Having seen layers of my trauma, patterns, and wounds while learning to embrace the healing journey, has allowed me to live a more authentic, intentional and conscious life.
Being a work-in-process has led me to a greater relationship with myself. Upholding my basic premise that we’re always in process around our wounds, histories, and what we’re healing, may I ask if it exists or is living when we begin to lose touch with ourselves? Anyone can exist, but not everyone lives.
Change starts with seeing the pattern, with focusing on the game rather than the ball. Whilst we are at it, together, we can explore how your true Self is a port in the storm, a place of love, strength and compassion, and the source of internal healing.
