Certificate in Therapeutic Play Skills for Children
I work with couples and families who want to break out of stuck patterns and come back to each other with more clarity, safety, and emotional closeness. We’ll look at the cycles in your relationships, understand what’s happening underneath the conflict, and find new ways to respond to each other so the relationship can feel like a team again rather than against each other.
I also work with individual adults who want to deepen their relationship with themselves — especially those navigating a season of growth, transition, or self-questioning. You might look like you’re functioning well, but inside you may be carrying a lot of pressure or anxiety, overthinking decisions, or being hard on yourself in ways you wouldn’t be with anyone else. In therapy, we create space for clarity, emotional steadiness, and a kinder inner relationship — so you can move through life more authentically and with greater confidence.
With children (and adults), I provide a safe and supportive space through play and expressive approaches — helping them make sense of what they are going through, and supporting them to understand, express, and regulate emotions. in ways that feel natural to them. Play therapy focus on strengthening a child’s capacity for healthy, resilient relationships, while helping them work through traumatic experiences that may be preoccupying them.
As you strive to become a better version of yourself, let me journey with you to be 1% better than you were yesterday.
