How are you living right now? Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just... off? And how would you want to live?
Life doesn’t come with a manual. When advice fails and shame creeps in, it’s easy to withdraw. I’ve seen people bury themselves in routines that leave them feeling empty, with no space to ask why. I offer that space for those who want it.
I don’t have all the answers, but I can be your co-researcher. Together, we’ll ask better questions, take small steps, and maybe, just maybe rediscover a love for living.
Over the years, I’ve walked with people navigating relationships, careers, identity, and meaning. Problems rarely fit textbook definitions, but many become lighter when we’re met with presence, compassion, and dialogue. My approach is person-centered, compassion-focused, and grounded in existential thought. Let me join you, gently sort through the noise, and help you find a path forward without shame.
I am a generalist who work with a wide range of issues, especially those rooted in grief, burnout, shifting social roles, or shame. I also support students and career-seekers in finding aligned and confident next steps.
