  • Soul Space is a mental health and wellbeing practice offering therapy and psychological support in a safe, respectful, and human way. We work with individuals across different life stages and experiences, providing culturally sensitive, evidence-informed care tailored to each person.

  • People come to therapy for many reasons, including stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, work-related concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, or simply wanting a space to understand themselves better. You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.

  • That’s okay. Many people start therapy without a clear label for what they’re experiencing. If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or curious about yourself, therapy can still be a supportive place to start.

  • No. You don’t need a diagnosis to start therapy. Therapy can be helpful for stress, relationship difficulties, feeling stuck, self-doubt, life transitions, or when you’re simply trying to make sense of things.

    • Counsellor / Therapist
      Provides talk therapy and emotional support for a wide range of life and mental health concerns. Does not prescribe medication nor provide diagnosis.

    • Clinical Psychologist
      Has advanced training in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for more complex mental health conditions. Does not prescribe medication but may conduct formal assessments.

    • Psychiatrist
      Is a medical doctor specialising in mental health who can diagnose conditions and prescribe medication.

  • No. Soul Space does not prescribe medication.
    If medication may be beneficial, we can help guide you toward a psychiatrist or medical professional while continuing therapeutic support where appropriate.

  • Yes. Therapy and psychiatric care can work alongside each other. With your consent, support can be complementary.

  • Our therapists are qualified mental health professionals who are trained, supervised, and practise ethically. Each therapist brings their own approach, lived experience, and areas of interest, while sharing a commitment to ongoing learning and client-centred care.

  • Choosing a therapist is about finding the right fit. You may want to consider:

    • Concern – Does the therapist work with what you’re seeking support for?

    • Language – Choose someone you can express yourself with comfortably.

    • Comfort – Read profiles and notice whose style feels steady and relatable to you.

  • Yes. Fit matters in therapy. You’re welcome to explore other therapists or reach out to our team for support with transitioning.

  • The first session is a space to share what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. Your therapist may ask questions to understand your context, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. It’s also a chance to see how it feels working together.

  • No preparation is required. You can come as you are. It’s okay if you’re unsure what to say or where to begin.

  • Yes. All sessions are confidential and conducted in line with professional and ethical guidelines. There are limited exceptions required by law or safety considerations, which your therapist will explain in the first session.

  • Most individual therapy sessions last 50 to 60 minutes, depending on the service and therapist. Session length is outlined at booking page.

  • Yes. We offer both online and in-person sessions, depending on therapist availability and service type.

  • Same-day appointments may be available depending on availability - please reach out to us.

  • Session rates vary based on the therapist’s experience level and service type. Pricing is transparently listed on our website before booking.

  • We support local and international payments, including bank transfer, QR payment, and Wise (for international clients). Payment details are provided after booking.

  • You can book directly through the booking system by selecting a therapist and available time slot. If you need help choosing, feel free to contact us.

  • We see child clients from 3 years old and adolescent clients from 12 years old. If you’re unsure whether therapy is suitable, you’re welcome to reach out and we’ll guide you.

    • Couples therapy fees cover two people attending together.

    • Family therapy fees cover one family unit attending together.

    For larger or more complex arrangements, you can check with us in advance.

  • Yes. We also work with organisations to provide mental health and wellbeing support. For corporate enquiries, please reach out via our contact page.
