Jennifer Kristanto, Trainee Counselor
Sometimes, reaching out for support feels like the hardest part, especially when you're used to carrying things quietly on your own. You might not have the words for what you’re feeling yet, or maybe you’ve tried to open up before and felt misunderstood. That’s why finding the right space and the right person matters.
As a trainee counsellor, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel safe enough to be yourself, with all your messy feelings. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in grief, questioning your identity, or simply tired from holding too much for too long, I’ll meet you where you are.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy, and I’m especially passionate about working with folks navigating stress, relationships, grief & loss, mental health, and LGBTQIA+ identity.
You don’t have to go through this alone.
