Hidayah, Trainee Clinical Psychologist
I am a dedicated trainee clinical psychologist currently pursuing my Master of Clinical Psychology at Taylor’s University. I have gained valuable experience working with children in a government school, as well as with special needs children at a psychological center. I have also worked with adults from diverse backgrounds under the supervision of experienced clinical psychologists, further expanding my skills and enhancing my professional growth.
Growing up in a multicultural environment has shaped my deep appreciation for holistic well-being. I believe that true fulfillment comes from a balance between physical and mental health, and this belief drives my passion to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free space where clients can explore their experiences and reach their full potential—regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, or cultural background.
In my clinical practice, I am primarily trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), while also integrating elements of Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Schema Therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.
